We believe in providing quality, long lasting services that have the patient's best interest at heart. We have set our diagnostic and treatment standards very high, and we do not let insurance companies dictate our treatment.

For our patients with dental insurance, our office will conveniently process your claim forms for you. Processing of dental claims is done as a service and we are not liable for an insurance company's limitations or absence of coverage. Full payment is expected to Encino Dental Center at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon with our office manager.

Our office is making a concerted effort to keep the cost of your dental care down so that you and your family can receive quality, individualized care. In order for us to achieve this goal, payment is expected at the time of your dental visit.

We would like to remind you that insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and that you are personally responsible for paying in full for all of the services you receive.

Major services needing more than one visit require one half of the treatment fee when work begins, and the balance upon completion of treatment. Our office accepts cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  When the dental treatment needed exceeds your budget, our financial coordinator can assist you in making alternative arrangements with several third party financing companies. These companies are Care Credit, and Dental Fee Plan.
